Terms and Conditions
Non-refundable 50% down payment due at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment date and time; remaining balance is due on or before the date of your session/event.
Upon booking, you will be sent written agreement to confirm the date, time and remaining balance due at the time of photo session.
Portrait session fees begin at $125 for up to 4 people. The session fee covers the photographer's time and creative talent, pre-session consultation and post-production work, (sizing, formatting and minor touch-ups) and CD or DVD with final high resolution images. Prints and additional retouching services are sold separately unless otherwise indicated (see specific packages for more information).
Online proofs will be available in a password-protected online gallery approximately 2 weeks following session (please allow 3-4 weeks for weddings and larger events). Password-protected online gallery will remain active for 3 months (90 days) following your session. All ordered images will be archived, and can be re-ordered at any time.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to reschedule, please provide 24 hours notice. Your down payment fee will be applied to your rescheduled session.
Rain dates and/or alternate locations will be provided for all scheduled outdoor sessions at the time of booking.

For your convenience, cash, personal checks, PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted. Your personal information is kept secure and confidential during all transactions.
Sales Tax
5.6% Milwaukee county state sales tax will be added to all orders.
