My Approach
As a photographer, I specialize in capturing images that tell a story.
Whether creating a family portrait or documenting a once-in-a-lifetime event, it’s about creating images that capture the precious, fleeting moments; photos that will help you look back and fondly remember that special day long after it has passed.
In addition to creating a professional quality image, the most important thing is that my clients feel comfortable in front of the camera. I like to get to know a little bit about you– your tastes, interests and personal style- to make an image tailored to your individual personality. Before each portrait session, I’ll schedule a time to consult with you–via phone, email, Skype or in person, if you prefer– to explain the process and let you know what to expect. I can even give you recommendations about what to wear and possible locations or props for your photo.
The result is a portrait that captures what is uniquely beautiful about you and your family. You won’t find any rigid or contrived “cookie cutter” poses here; just great photos that will preserve your treasured memories for years to come.
From our first contact through the completion of your project, my goal is to make the process as comfortable, easy to understand and satisfactory as possible. I’m easy to reach by email or social media and will communicate in an open, honest and professional manner throughout the entire process.
